You will master the latest skillset needed to land a higher-paying job or help you advance in your present position by preparing you for a Managerial-Level position!!

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

Preparation for employment in management-level project-based roles including operations, coordination, and entry-level management using real-world tools and frameworks. This course provides hands-on training in project planning, execution, and collaboration using Monday.com, while introducing essential methodologies like Agile and Scrum.

 Curriculum Timeline (16 hours total - 4 hours per week)

• Week 1–2: Fundamentals + Projects vs. Processes; Monday.com + Project Planning; Execution + Meetings + Communication
• Week 3-4: Agile/Scrum + Risk Management; Final Projects + Career Readiness

1. 1 year of work experience with a team of 5+ people
